Neville & Associates is a company which has specialized in employee benefits since 1979. Our focus in the early years was providing small businesses with quality and affordable group medical, dental, life, and disability products. Today, Neville & Associates, Inc. services companies of all sizes, working closely with each of them to design employee benefit packages which include the most comprehensive and competitive products available.

In 1991 Al Neville began a strategic alliance with KELLY located in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The KELLY Team provides billing and administrative service to all our group clients. KELLY online HR system is cutting edge technology and makes complex tasks associated with employee benefits simple and very user friendly. With this technology and the Neville Team commitment to hands on customer service, our clients receive an outstanding package of dependable and reliable service.

Meet Our Team

Al Neville

Al Neville started his career as an agent with Sun Life in 1975 and within five years became a broker representing many carriers in order to best meet the needs of his clientele. Al continues to expand his business, as well as his professional knowledge, and is licensed to sell all lines of insurance in Maryland.

Al graduated from John Carroll High School in Bel Air, Maryland in 1970 and received a football scholarship to the University of Maryland, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in 1974. A resident of Harford County for most of his life, Al has been active in a variety of volunteer community activities including: The Al Cesky Scholarship Foundation serving as member and President for a five year period; and the Bel Air Auxiliary Police Unit.

Al and his wife Betsy live in Monkton, Maryland an are the parents of three children - Jared (deceased), Travis, and Jillian.
